🌟 Executive Board Roles (Big Picture Leaders) 
 

💰 Treasurer (Time commitment = 8+ hours/month) 

Keeps the PTA running smoothly behind the scenes by managing the budget, tracking spending, and making sure everything is transparent and organized. Great for someone who likes numbers and staying organized!

📋 Parliamentarian (Time commitment = 4+ hours/month) 

Helps meetings stay on track and ensures everything follows PTA guidelines and bylaws. Perfect for someone who likes structure, fairness, and helping things run efficiently.

📣 VP, Communications (Time commitment = 8+ hours/month) 

Spreads the word about all the great things happening! Manages newsletters, social media, and updates so families stay informed and engaged.

👥 VP, Membership (Time commitment = 4+hours/month) 

Focuses on growing and welcoming the PTA community. Tracks and manages membership. Encourages families to join and helps everyone feel included and connected.

🙌 VP, Volunteers (Time commitment = 4+ hours/month) 

Connects people with opportunities to help. Organizes volunteers for events and makes sure everyone feels supported and appreciated.

🌱 President-in-Training for 2027/28

(This is not an official board position, but we would like for someone to commit to learning the ropes so they could be ready for the President role in the next school year)

Learns the ropes of leading the PTA with support from the current president. A great way to get involved and build confidence for a future leadership role!

🎉 Committee Chair Roles (Hands-On & Event-Focused)

🔍 Financial Audit Committee (One-Time Commitment of 4 hours during the summer) 

Reviews financial records to ensure everything is accurate and accountable. A short-term role that’s super important for transparency.

🏫 Grade Level Captains (Time commitment = 4+ hours/month) 

Act as the go-to connector for a specific grade. Helps share info, gather volunteers, and keep communication flowing between families and PTA.

👕 Spiritwear (Time commitment Depends on the Frequency of Sales) 

Coordinates school spirit gear (like t-shirts and hoodies). Fun for someone who enjoys creativity, sales, or school pride!

🎨 Arts & Education (Time commitment = 1+hour /month, Depending on Frequency of Events) 

Supports enrichment programs like art activities, cultural events, or academic initiatives that enhance student learning.

📚 Book Fair (One-Time Commitment of 10 hours Per Fair) 

Plans and runs one of the most exciting events of the year! Organizes volunteers and helps students discover a love of reading.

📖 Yearbook (Time commitment = 2+ hours/month) 

Captures memories from the school year by organizing photos and creating the yearbook—a meaningful keepsake for students and families.

🍎 Hospitality (Time commitment = 2+ hours/month) 

Supports teachers and staff with appreciation events, meals, and special touches throughout the year.
