The PTA Reflections Program
Jump to Enter and See This Year's DetailsThe Reflections Program is America's oldest and largest arts education program of its kind and welcomes students of all grade levels and abilities to explore and be involved in the arts. Students reflect on the common theme and create original artistic works in the following categories:
Awards & Recognition
Although Reflections is not a contest, students are individually judged on their project and not judged against the other students. They are judged on how well they explain how their art fits the theme, their creativity, and their mastery of the chosen medium. Ribbons will be awarded to all entrants, with recognition categories of:
Award of Excellence
Award of Merit
Honorable Mention
Top entries will advance to the Plano ISD Council of PTAs at the beginning of December for the next level of judging, with the potential to continue on to Texas PTA and National PTA levels. Advancing students may be eligible for recognition or monetary prizes!
